"Kendra was just wonderful to work with on the phone. She was very professional and courteous. I was treated just like. l would want to be treated. A1 air is very lucky to have her working for them. She really came thru for me. Everything she promised me. Came true the next morning. Rafael Branden was our A1 technician. He arrived on time. He was eager to look at our outside ac unit. To see what he could do to help. He went above and beyond for us. He looked at everything. Cleaned the coils which were very dirty. He found a tempeture sensor inside that was disconnected. Just left lose hanging doing nothing. He reconnected it and secured it to where it was supposed to go. He didnt just get our ac going again. He really did a complete and thorough job. I was very impressed with this technician. Thanks A1 air for the outstanding job. And professional employees. I had the pleasure and experience to work with in my time of need. It is so good to know when something happens to come up. You can really depend on A1 air to have you covered. Especially now days when customer service is hard to come by anymore."

"My AC stopped blowing cold air. I called them in the morning. They came and fixed it that same day. They were super polite and efficient, and the cost was super cheap. I will definitely be using these guys again and would definitely recommend them to others."
