"Every year, I have to add freon to my unit. No other company even asked to see the unit in my closet, they just added freon and moved on. Todd thoroughly checked everything and determined I have leaks in the coil. He even made a call to see if my unit could possibly be under warranty. It is, and I get a new coil!
